The grinder was not equipped with the tray guard to  prevent employee's hands from entering into the grinder bowl and grinder operation.   b) Hobart Vertical Meat Bandsaw Serial # 27-166-975: On or about August 15, 2022, and times prior, employees used a Hobart vertical meat saw to cut steaks and roasts.  The blade guard on the saw was not adjusted to the height/width of the meat exposing employees to the unused portions of the blade.   c) Hobart Vertical Meat Bandsaw Serial # 27-166-970: On or about August 15, 2022, and times prior, employees used a Hobart vertical meat saw to cut steaks and roasts.  The blade guard on the saw was not adjusted to the height/width of the meat exposing employees to the unused portions of the blade.
