29 CFR 1910.28(c)(1): Employer did not protect employees from falling objects by implementing one or more of the following: toe boards, screens, or guardrail systems to prevent objects from falling to a lower level: a) Rewrap/F-5 Belt: On or about August 16, 2022, an overhead conveyor belt sensor failed to process parcels safely causing parcels or material to fall off the conveyor, exposing employees struck by hazards.
