29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2):Facilities shall be provided for flushing and neutralizing spilled electrolyte, for fire protection, for protecting charging apparatus from damage by trucks, and for adequate ventilation for dispersal of fumes from gassing batteries. a) Attindas Hygienic Partners, at the jobsite located at 2332 U.S. 42 South, Delaware, Ohio 43015: On or about August 18, 2022, the employer did not ensure that Ametek Eclipse II Plus charging apparatus were protected from damage by powered industrial vehicles, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
