29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about August 17, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazard exceeding 6 feet while performing roofing work on a low slope roof without being protected from falls.
