Or in the alternative:  29 CFR 1926.501(c)(2):The contractor failed to erect a canopy structure and keep potential falling objects far enough from the edge of the higher level so that those objects would not go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced  Location: 400 Summer St. Boston, MA  On or about Aug. 17, 2022 employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling debris, where overhead protection was not installed.
