Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. On or about August 16, 2022 at 213-49 34th Road, Bayside, NY, 11361. Employees working on residential rooftop approximately 15 feet above the lower level installing roofing shingles were not protected from falling to the lower level. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
