29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): An employee shall not carry any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall. (a) Worksite- On or about August 16, 2022, employees ascended and descended an extension ladder while carrying objects, such as but not limited to, a store sign, drills, and an electric motor that could cause them to lose their balance and fall to the concrete ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: (a) Worksite- On or about August 16, 2022, the employer did not provide training to employees for recognition of hazards associated with the use of extension ladders and how to avoid unsafe conditions, exposing them to fall hazards.
