29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 08/18/2022 at 434 Broadway Ave. Buffalo, NY, employees were working on roof surfaces 12 feet above lower levels without the use of fall protection. The employer did not enforce the use of fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
