Racking systems not anchored to the floor. b. Racking system did not have plaques containing the maximum permissible unit load and/or maximum uniformly distributed load per level, and/or the racking system did not have the maximum total load.

South Plant Production, terminating area, approximately sixteen (16) AMP Terminating machines, four (4) Foung machines, and one (1) Vevor full automatic wire cutter stripping machine do not have guards. South Plant Production Assembly area, approximately nine (9) Terminating machines and three (3) Mecal do not have guards.
