OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish to each of his employees' employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized struck-by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:   Employees working at the North Plant and the South Plant were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling objects by the following:  a.	Racking systems not anchored to the floor. b.	Racking system did not have plaques containing the maximum permissible unit load and/or maximum uniformly distributed load per level, and/or the racking system did not have the maximum total load.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying, chips and sparks:  This violation occurred on or about August 17, 2022, at the workplace located at 1201 East Coke Road, Winnsboro, TX, where employees working at the North Plant Panel area, South Plant Production Terminating area and South Plant Production Assembly area and were exposed to an amputation hazard from 47 unguarded machines:  North Plant Panel area, approximately thirteen (13) AMP Terminating machines and one (1) Mecal Terminating machine do not have guards.  South Plant Production, terminating area, approximately sixteen (16) AMP Terminating machines, four (4) Foung machines, and one (1) Vevor full automatic wire cutter stripping machine do not have guards.  South Plant Production Assembly area, approximately nine (9) Terminating machines and three (3) Mecal do not have guards.
