GA 30080, West side of structure: On or about 08/18/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 14-feet, 2-inches to the lower ground level, in that a ladder or other safe means of access was not provided as employees climbed the cross bracing and walk-through style masonry frames to access each level of the tubular welded scaffold system.
