29 CFR 1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, were not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) 305 Roosevelt Drive, Cherry Hill NJ - Employees exposed to foot puncture hazards in that the employer did not conduct housekeeping during the course of the construction process. Several pieces of plywood sheathing removed from roof were left in the walking working surface with protruding nails. This condition was observed on or about August 16, 2022.
