OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees    a) 183 West Dominick Street, Rome, NY  13440, on or about 8/17/22:  An employee was working off of a platform supported by a rough terrain fork truck.  The platform was not secured to the fork of the truck, fall protection was not used, the front railing was bent downward, and the worker stood on the railings to reach overhead and gain position on his work.
