29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used. Site: 128 Montrose Ave in Brooklyn, NY. a) On or about 8/16/2022, workers used an electric powered Ridgid pipe threading machine to perform pipe installation in the basement of the worksite. The threading machine's power cord was worn and frayed with damaged insulation.
