29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or about 08/18/2022 in the wastewater treatment area, employees who work in the area are exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 54 inches at the unprotected edge of the pit where the wastewater tanks are located.  b) On or about 08/18/2022 in the sludge press room, employees are exposed to a fall hazard of approximately over 6 feet when employees have to stand on a platform to clean the plates of the J-Press into an unguarded floor opening.
