OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to fall hazards from a JLG 2646ES scissor lift:  Shell Gas Station-168 Bridge Street, East Windsor, CT:  On or about 8/18/2022 an employee was exposed to approximately 15' falls while engaged in sheet metal activities from a JLG 2646ES scissor lift.  The employee stood on the railings to help gain access to the roof.  Standing on the rails is prohibited by the manufacturer.
