29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about August 09, 2022, and at times prior, at a job site located at 5260 Tattler court, West Palm Beach, FL, 33422, an employee was exposed to a 9-feet fall hazard to lower level, while standing on the concrete block pumping concrete work without using any conventional means of fall protection, on a new residential construction.
