29 CFR  1910.176(a):  Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made.  Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked:   a.)  At the warehouse, 1501 Ocoee Apopka Road, Apopka, FL, on or about August 12, 2022, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when they were allowed to stop and wrap pallets in an area with active forklift traffic, and without permanently marked aisles to delineate between operating zones for forklifts and safe areas for employees to stop and dismount their forklifts.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
