Aum Raj Hospitality LLC / Econo Lodge., 1252 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle PA 17013 - On or about August 19, 2022, employees were using bleach to clean laundry materials in the laundry room in which the SDS was not posted or provided to employees. The employer failed to produce an SDS for the bleach used in the laundry room at the time of inspection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
