29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii):Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically and maintained in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970: Felix Field Fence Installation Project: On and/or before August 12, 2022, portable fire extinguishers staged near fuel operated equipment was not maintained according to N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970. The tamper proof seal was missing, and the pin was pulled. Additionally, inspection labels showing visual checks were not up to date. This condition potentially exposes employee(s) to fire hazard(s). In the following locations: a) Forman Truck 227 b) White Flatbed Truck
