On or about August 16, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a STIHL TS 420 portable saw to cut landscaping stones were not utilizing eye protection, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1. a. On or about August 16, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a STIHL TS 420 portable saw to cut landscaping stones failed to use engineering controls, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with respirable crystalline silica.
