29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11): Lifelines were not protected against being cut or abraded: On or about 08/19/2022, at the jobsite located at 1040 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida, while engaged in a painting job from a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold, employees were exposed to an approximated 120-foot fall hazard when the lifelines used as part of their independent fall arrest system were exposed to the abrasive edge of the building's parapet.
