29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Lot 24 Winchester Dr;  On or about August 17, 2022, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that framers working on a residence at heights of approximately 15 feet were not provided with hard hats when trusses were being brought in over their heads using a crane.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not  ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Lot 24 Winchester Dr; On or about August 17, 2022, Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that employees using a pneumatic nail gun to perform framing activities were not provided with safety glasses.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) Lot 24 Winchester Dr; On or about August 17, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that employees were utilizing a ladder to gain access to the roof of a residence that is approximately 15 feet in height where the ladder rails only extended approximately 1.5 feet above the upper landing surface .
