29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were an employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the job site located at 301 Towne Center Drive in Belton, Missouri 64012, employees engaged in roofing activities utilizing pneumatics nail guns and hand tools on the roof of building #23 were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below, guard rails, safety net system or personal fall arrest system was not utilized to prevent falls.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: At the worksite located at 301 Towne Center Road in Belton Missouri, employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the stairway leading from the first floor to the second level had an open side and was not provided a handrail to prevent falls or slips.
