29 CFR  1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.  a) On or about 08/23/2022, in the Grinding Department, employees that are required to Lockout machines such as, but not limited to, Rotary Grinding Machine, when performing maintenance or servicing activities such as replacing grinding wheels, were not trained as authorized employees.
