Location : Kaiser Yachts, LLC DBA Mattapoisett Boat Yard.  All of the boat yard area.  On or about  08/23/2022 employee was injured and hospitalized for an injury sustained during a boat yard fire. Employee was working on the inside of a boat when something ignited and started a fire that destroyed the entire boat yard.  The employee was hospitalized and OSHA was not notified within the time period.
