29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i):The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: a)1501 Distribution Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013 - The employer had designated and trained specific employees as First Responders, but had not developed an Exposure Control Plan, on or about August 24, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
