29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about August 22, 2022, at a residential construction site located in Cypress, TX, employees were exposed to fall hazard of more than 6 feet while working on the roof of a house without the use of any fall protection system. Daniel Gonzalez Romero was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581933, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2022, with respect to a work place located at 15231 Momentous Path, Cypress, TX 77433.
