29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about August 23rd, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028. Multiple employees were observed conducting framing operations at heights greater than 6ft and they were not utilizing fall protection properly. Structural Enterprises, INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1444475, citation number 1, item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on 02-07-20, with respect to a workplace located at 9004 Tumbleweed Dr, Lincoln, NE 68507.
