1926.503(a)(1) The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Allentown Central Catholic High School - Roof: On or about August 24, 2022 employee(s) engaged in roofing activity on a multi-story building were exposed to fall hazards of 30 feet to the ground. No fall protection measures were in place or utilized on the low-slope roof.
