29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Stevens Construction CO, Inc. On or about August 23, 2022, at the address of 1793 Marion-Mt Gilead Rd. Marion OH 43302: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from head injury hazards by protective hardhats while working below a vertically extended scissor lift as the operator installed aluminum column covers. Employees operating in this condition were exposed to struck by injuries from the equipment or falling/flying objects.
