29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) At 1670 Friendship Road Hoschton, Georgia, on or about August 24, 2022, workers of all trades were exposed to struck-by hazards where the 750 Gallon Diesel tank was positioned immediately next to a site vehicle access/egress point, where the tank was not protected against collision damage since on or about August 26, 2021.
