29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Site: 2186 Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, NY, Roof of the building.  a) On or about 8/24/2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working next to the parapet wall that measured less than 39 inches. The employees did not use any means of fall protection while working on site and were exposed to falling 4 stories to the outside of the building.
