29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 3290 Thompson Mill Rd. Buford GA, 30519, Roof; On or about August 15, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 11-feet, 3-inches to approximately 30-feet to the lower level, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 8/12 pitched roof.
