29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision provides for an alternative fall protection measure: On or about August 25, 2022, the employer of Freedom Roofing Windows and Siding, LLC did not provide fall protection for employees removing and nailing roofing material on a residential roof with a 2:12 pitch at the rear and with a 8:12 pitch, exposing them to falls of up to 18 feet, at 303 Superior Street in Genoa, Ohio 43430.
