1926.503(c)(3) The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) Worksite- On or about August 25, 2022, site supervisor(s) were not enforcing the use of fall protection use subcontractors were performing roof truss installation on a multi-family housing unit. Subcontractors were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet to a lower level and 30 feet from grade.
