29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either: Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information was immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, did not provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. At 101 Industrial Drive, Hermann, Mo 65041 - on August 25, 2022 employees were exposed to hazards associated with chemical exposures from chemicals transferred and stored into containers which were not marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals. Specifically employer was transferring 931 Adhesive product and SW 37 universal screen wash to Folgers containers for use in work processes.
