The electrical cabinets on the south-west wall, just outside the main office, were blocked by stored refuse receptacles and pallet pieces, and were not readily accessible in case of an emergency. This exposed employees to fir and smoke inhalation hazards.  b) Factory Motor Parts, 2460 Airport Blvd, Aurora, CO 80011: On or about 8/24/2022, the employer did not ensure that the space about electrical equipment was clear from obstruction. The electrical cabinets on the south-east side of the building were blocked by stored pallets and not readily accessible in case of an emergency. This exposed employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.  c) Factory Motor Parts, 2460 Airport Blvd, Aurora, CO 80011: On or about 8/24/2022, the employer did not ensure that the space about electrical equipment was clear from obstruction. The electrical cabinets on the west side of the building were blocked by stored pallets and merchandise and were not readily accessible in the case of an emergency. This exposed employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.
