29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction located at 325 Tower Heights Road, Gainesville, GA 30501, Second level: On or about 08/24/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while installing plywood sheathing.
