29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.    a) 25, 27, 29, 31, 33 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ:  On or about August 25, 2022,  Front Line Contractors, LLC. , a controlling and correcting employer for this jobsite, had not provided for a competent person to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition.  As such workers were conducting framing and other related activities while exposed to fall, electrical and struck-by hazards.        NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
