29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Jobsite located at 2636 E. York St, Philadelphia, PA 19125 - On or about August 26, 2022, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. An employee was riding on an elevated scaffold platform attached to a rough terrain forklift without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
