ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The company did not ensure that the compressed breathing air, supplied to company employees, met at least the requirements for Grade D breathing air.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). The company's filter system was not replaced or refurbished per the manufacturers instructions. The last filter changeout for the Radex airline filter system was dated as 4/3/2020 on the Radex airline filter.
