29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): New townhome construction located on Lot #41 Atley Place, Alpharetta, GA , Front side of the structure: On or about 08/27/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet, 10-inches to the lower level, in that a fully planked work platform on the tubular welded scaffold system was not provided to employees engaged in masonry activities.
