Timber Chase at Sarasota Bay, 201-208 N. Briggs Ave., Sarasota, FL., observed on or about 08/23/2022, employees in the process of roofing activities, on a 5 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to a 16'10" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized.
