29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about 08/29/2022, on site of a commercial structure under construction located at 5929 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee performing metal framing work was exposed to a 31-foot fall hazard prior to the employer performing an inspection of the site to ensure all required safety equipment was available and being used prior to commencing work.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 08/29/2022, on the west exterior elevation of a commercial structure under construction located at 5929 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 31 feet when performing metal framing work from the basket of an aerial lift while the legs straps of his safety harness were not fastened, and he did not have a lanyard attached to the D-ring of the harness or the attachment point provided on the platform.
