29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a-34 Maple Boulevard, Suffern NY 10901: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the asphalt below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 08/25/2022 Friendly Guys Home Improvement LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1546691, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 08/31/2021 with respect to a workplace located at 34 Maple Boulevard, Suffern NY 10901. This citation became a final order on 10/13/2021.
