29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):(3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills. The employer is failing to protect employees from slip, trip and fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about August 29, 2022, at 11901 Fort St. Omaha Nebraska. The floor in the facility has several areas where the floor was broken, uneven and nails protruding causing potential slip, trips, and falls.

29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):An exit access must be at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access. The employer is failing to protect employees from emergency evacuation hazards. This was most recently documented on September 01, 2022 at 11901 Fort St. Omaha, Nebraska. The employer had employee's working in the store where the one emergency exit door was impeded by a shelving unit that caused the access leading to the exit to be less than 28inches.
