29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Cassville Baptist Church located at 1663 Cassville Road, Cassville, GA 30123, Roof: On or about 08/30/2022, The employer exposed employees to fall hazards over 19-feet, 1-inch to the lower ground level, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 8/12 pitched roof.
