29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: a) Portlock Station (1103 Godwin Ave., Chesapeake, VA 23324): On or about 08/30/2022 and times prior thereto, employee(s) were exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to: Pure Bright Bleach containing Sodium Hypochlorite (Caustic) and Pine Glo Disinfectant while performing clean up work without being listed on their hazardous chemical inventory list. U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1584087, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-11-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2650 Richmond Highway, Stafford, VA 22554. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
