The employer did not ensure the use of personal protective equipment when conducting these operations. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment as prescribed by 1910.132(f)(1)(i)-(v): a.) 330 Blair Avenue, Reading, PA 19601 - on or about August 30, 2022, employees are exposed to hazards associated with the transfer liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from truck mounted vessels to smaller vessels at customer sites. The employees were not trained on when and what PPE is necessary when conducting these operations. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
