29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) Jobsite, 708 Fox Eagle Ct, Oviedo, FL: Employees were using a 16-foot Werner extension ladder to access the second floor of a residence under construction with the ladder side rails extended approximately two (2) inches above the upper landing surface, exposing employees to a fall hazard, observed on or about August 30, 2022.
